YoUU Light Up My Life

The flaming chalice has become the internationally recognized symbol of the Unitarian and Unitarian Universalist Movement. It’s first association with Unitarian Universalists was in 1941 when the Unitarian Service Committee adopted a flaming chalice symbol to facilitate their mission of helping refugees to flee Nazi Germany. UUFG member Sue Boone is in our Fellowship’s pulpit, and Jeff Stevens serves as worship associate. James Chase, Director of Lifespan Faith Development, reads our story for all ages, and Jane Kozhevnikova provides musical accompaniment.

On August 17, we will also “share the plate” with Food4Kids Backpack program.
