Sacred Oak CUUPs Discussion: Pagan Living in the Modern World – Sunday, July 19, 12:30 pm

Most of us are trying to live a spiritual life inside a schedule that doesn’t pause for it. Work, caregiving, screens, heat, the relentless pace of a Florida summer. The Wheel keeps turning whether we have time to notice it or not.

This month, we’re making space to talk about that candidly. What does it actually look like to practice earth-centered spirituality in real life? What do we simplify, let go of, or adapt? Where do we find connection when the traditional form doesn’t fit? And what keeps pulling us back, even when we drift?

You don’t need answers. This is a conversation-based gathering — no experience required, no right way to show up. You’re welcome to speak, listen, or simply sit with the questions. Whatever you carry in, is enough.

We’ll meet in Classroom 7 (the Youth Room) on UUFG’s campus from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm on Sunday, July 19. Childcare provided.

Sacred Oak CUUPS is an Earth-centered Pagan community in Gainesville, FL, rooted in Unitarian Universalist values — including the inherent worth of every person, justice and equity in human relations, and respect for the interdependent web of all existence. All are welcome here.
