This Sunday we welcome Dr. Bobby Mermer of the Alachua County Labor Coalition (ACLC) to our Fellowship’s podium. Dr. Mermer is a community and labor organizer in Gainesville. He has been Coordinator for ACLC since 2022. His work at the ACLC includes promoting worker, housing, and health justice, organizing renters to fight back against unjust landlord/property management practices, and advocating for pro-working class and lower-income policies at the state and local levels. He also serves as an organizer for the United Faculty of Florida at UF.
