The November 7 Volunteer Faire will be a chance to try out the Gift Based Ministry approach to service.  The first step is to do a little exploration of just what those gifts might be.  Here are some personal assessment tools to try out:

• Keirsey Temperament Sorter-II 71 71 questions and an articulation of the Myers-Briggs
• HumanMetrics 72 questions - classic MBTI (Myers-Briggs)
• VIA Survey of Character Strengths 240 questions, also know as "Signature Strengths"
