            As Unitarian Universalists, making our pledge is both one of our most personal and public decisions. At one time we both affirm both our own generosity and our commitment to the work of our beloved community. In making your pledge, we ask three things: First, that you think of your pledge in terms of its percentage of your gross income, and if you’re comfortable, as a portion of a tithe. Second, please discuss your pledge with your loved ones and at least one or two friends in the Fellowship. And third, please increase your pledge — even a little — as a percentage.
